Mattel Wonder and this Site are operated by American Resort Management, 3165 S Carrier Pkwy, Grand Prairie, Texas 75052. Mattel, Inc. (“Mattel”) licenses its trademarks for use in connection with Mattel Wonder but does not operate this Site and is not responsible for its content, for any transactions made through it, or for the information you submit to it.

The Site is intended for a general family audience and is designed for use by parents and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to submit a form or sign up for emails. Users under 16 may not provide personal information without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

If you check the opt-in box and submit your information, you agree to receive Mattel Wonder emails with updates and other information from American Resort Management. These emails relate only to Mattel Wonder and ARM; your information is not shared with Mattel for its own marketing.

You can unsubscribe at any time by selecting “Unsubscribe” in any email or by contacting us at the address below. Please allow a reasonable period for your request to take effect. Message frequency varies.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect (such as form submissions and analytics data), how we use it, the cookies and similar technologies we use, and your choices. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal data without your consent.

MATTEL and associated trademarks and trade dress are owned by, and used under license from, Mattel. All other content on the Site, including text, graphics, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to ARM and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any Site content, or use any Mattel or ARM trademark, without prior written permission from the owner.

Mattel Wonder is currently in development. Information on the Site, including opening dates, locations, attractions, features, pricing, and images or renderings, is provided for general informational purposes only and is subject to change without notice. Renderings are artistic concepts and may not reflect the final design. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell tickets or a guarantee of availability.

Ticket purchases, admission, and park rules will be governed by separate terms made available at the time of purchase or entry.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Submit false, misleading, or another person’s information;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security features;
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or collect data from the Site;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems; or
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.

If you send us comments, ideas, reviews, or other content (“Submissions”), you represent that you have the right to share them and grant ARM a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display them in connection with Mattel Wonder. Where a Submission is displayed publicly, only your name will be shown. Please do not send confidential information or unsolicited creative ideas.

The Site may contain links to, or use services provided by, third parties (for example, social media platforms, analytics providers, and email service providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARM, Mattel, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARM, Mattel, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
